Refund Policy
RETURNS
We are only able to offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return we require your order number and proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5-10 business days.
SALE ITEMS
Only full price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless it/they are faulty.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@timelessfragrance.co.uk
SHIPPING
To return your product you will be responsible for your own shipping costs, shipping costs are no refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your items arrive damaged from being in transit please email us at hello@timelessfragrance.co.uk with your order number.
WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED FOR SHIPPING
If your order is dispatched to the wrong address and it is lost, a new order will need to be placed at your expense, We will only refund if the parcel is successfully returned to us by Royal Mail.
We accept no liability for address errors and encourage you to check that your shipping address is entered correctly at the point of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and many are made to order, we are unable to cancel your order once placed.
